This is sourced from the Icelandic Seas which ensures that you the customer is served with not only the freshest, tastiest Cod available, but also the fish stocks of the Icelandic Seas are well protected to ensure we can still provide you with this excellent product in the future.
All of our menu items are specially selected for quality and freshness. Our pies and pasties are filled to the brim with the finest fillings, and our pasties are actually from Cornwall!

Our Pizza is from Stone Willy’s. Very popular in the US and now making a mark in the UK. Our burgers are also from Stone Willy’s. We are very proud of our burgers. A lot of our customers tell us that their favourite way of enjoying our fish and chips is to sit along the esplanade in Woolacombe and watch the sun go down. On a fine summers day the views to be had in and around Woolacombe are truly breath taking and we are sure you will agree!Heres what some of our customers say about us.
Traditional seaside chippy- very busy but well organised. You won’t be disapointed by a visit here. The haddock was cooked to order, plenty of cod on the go. Pizzas as well.

Second year in Woolacombe with the family and we were hoping that the chippie was as good as we remembered. We were not let down. The chips are great and the fish extremely fresh. What better than after a long day surfing a bag of chips on the beach or if the weather is not great in the car with the best views going
Popped into the Woolacombe Fryer just as they were about to close. We were wanting 2 cod and chips and there was only 1 left. However, they promptly cooked up another portion of cod while we waited, and as we were their last customers gave us some leftovers to take home to our Son. The food was beautifully cooked and the service was outstanding. I definately recommend this fish and chip shop for quality and service. Don’t hesitate to try it, buy some then go and sit on the best beach in the West Country and watch the sun go down.
Turned up unannounced on a quiet evening with 35 hungry teenage students. Despite a large, complicated order all the food was ready to go within 10 minutes and everyone got what they had asked for. The chips I had were lovely and I heard no complaints about the fish, sausages, chicken or fishcakes, so I assume they were all equally as good. Thankyou!
